Perform Migration from one Office 365 mailbox to PST, EML, MSG with Admin account and Without Admin account.
Application Pre-Requisites
Firstly launch the software “SysTools Office 365 Export” button, Click on the "Login" button. As shown below:
Now, on the next screen check mark the checkbox corresponding to the "IsAdmin" button.
Also, provide the credentials for the same & click on the "Sign in" button:
Click the OK Button to you will redirected to new windows authentication.
Here you got two options: Pick a recent logged account or add new account.
The Admin validation get successfull now hit the OK Buttton.
Here you need to select the validated account to proceed further.
All the user ids under the admin id will be displayed as follows:
Select the necessary user id credentials as shown below & click on the "Next" button.
Now, Select the checkbox corresponding to the label text "Split Options for Outlook data file" to select the size after which PST file is to be split:
Now, Select the "Mails" and also select the "date filter" and click on the "Set" button.
Provide the date filter and click on "OK"
Now, Select the "Calendars" and also select the "date filter" and click on the "Set" button.
Provide the date filter and click on "OK"
Now, Select the "Tasks" and also select the "date filter" and click on the "Set" button.
Provide the date filter and click on "OK"
Now, Select the "Contacts" checkbox to add contacts to the export process.
Now, Check mark the box corresponding to the text "Archive Mailbox" button.

The following Windows prompt box would be shown as follows:
Click on the "Browse" button in order to select the destination location for the software.
Navigate and Select the path for the final export process:
The destination path will be shown in the text box corresponding to the Browse button as follows:
Now, Click on the "Start" button.
Click on the "Save Report" button.
Now navigate and select the final location for the export report and click on the "Save" button.
The report will be saved successfully.
Now, Select the "Mails" and also select the "date filter" and click on the "Set" button.
Provide the date filter and click on "OK"
Provide the naming conventions for the export process
Now, Select the checkbox corresponding to "Archive Mailbox" check box to add contacts to the export process.

Now, Select the checkbox corresponding to "Archive Mailbox" check box to add contacts to the export process.

Click on the "Browse" button in order to select the destination location for the software.

Now, Click on the "Start" button.
Click on the "Save Report" button.
Navigate and select the final location for the export process:

Navigate and select the final destination for the files:
The destination path will be shown in the text box corresponding to the Browse button as follows:
Now, Click on the "Start" button.
Click on the "Save Report" button.
Now navigate and select the final location for the export report and click on the "Save" button.
The report will be saved successfully.
