Steps to View & Export XPS & OXPS Files on Windows

Download & Run XPS Viewer to Open, View and Export XPS / OXPS file on Windows 10 / 8 / 7 / Vista / XP with all documents like text, images etc. It allows to Explore & Sort XPS files information like file name, size etc

STEP 1

Download & Install SysTools XPS Viewer PRO Tool . Then , Go to Start » All Programs » SysTools XPS Viewer PRO. The initial Window of XPS Viewer PRO will appear.

STEP 2

Select the folder consisting XPS or OXPS files from the left panel of the window. You can preview all the files on the right panel of the window.

Select the respective .xps /.oxps file which you want to preview within the software

STEP 4

You can make use of top bar of the preview pane to sort xps file according to File Name, Size & Creation Date as per convenience.

You can make use of Special options & commands like Print & Ctrl+P to print XPS & OXPS File as shown below:

Clicking on print icon opens print window, from there select printer and click on Print to print the document.

Also Copy command Ctrl+C to copy contents of XPS & OXPS File as shown below:

You can also zoom in & out of file preview by using 'Ctrl +' & 'Ctrl -' command to Increase & Decrease the size of the content respectively.

Various preview options such as '100%', 'Page Width', 'Whole Page', 'Two Pages' along with commands 'Ctrl+1', 'Ctrl+2', 'Ctrl+3', 'Ctrl+4' can be put to use for previewing XPS & OXPS File

Search within document-preview: Done by entering text in the text tab as shown below:

Advanced search settings can be applied while searching for text in the XPS or OXPS files as shown below:

Now select files by selecting corresponding check-boxes and then right-click on XPS & OXPS File to export them as shown below:

An Export Option window will open select PDF radio button to export the XPS or OXPS file to PDF format and click on Destination Path Icon as shown below:

Now, Select the location from the Browse for Folder window that appears and then, Click on Ok to start the Process.

Now, Click on Export to start the process.

The software will now start the process.

After completion you will get a Dialog box saying “Export process completed successfully”. Click on Ok and proceed.

An Export report window will appear. Now click on Save to save the export report.

Select the location to where to save the report file and click on Save.

You can view final exported files at the destination location, As shown below:

Print option is also provided to directly print the selected file(s). Click on Print & then Export to start printing.

Click on Save to print the file as shown below:
