SysTools Backup & Restore Guide

Follow step by step guide to backup & restore cloud data using SysTools Backup & Restore Tool.

Pre-Requisites:

Pre-requisites for Office 365

Pre-requisites for G Suite

Choose from below type of Backup & Restore & follow steps as given:

STEP 1

Download and Install SysTools Backup & Restore Tool. You must restart the machine to enable the required service; otherwise, it will not work.

Now start and check all the steps of SysTools Backup & Restore Tool. You will see the main screen of software as shown in below image:

STEP 2

If in case tool is not activated, see how to activate the Product: Activation Steps

STEP 3

Enter the Activation Code and click "Continue" button

Select the desired Source and/or Destination Platform to Continue

Click on the appropriate Backup / Restore Process as per your selected Platform.

Concurrent Backup

This option allows the user to fine tune the performance parameters for the Backup/ Restore.

Concurrent user: This option enables the user to set the maximum number of users that will be backuped/restored concurrently per project.That is, Number of Users in Backup / Restore = Concurrency Value * Number of Valid accounts.
