  • Install and launch the software.

  • Apply Date filter for Documents in case you wish to perform partial data backup. For that, enter dates in To and From fields to create a date range.

  • Select the radio button of Include Extension. Now check Document Extension box and enter the image file types like JPG, PNG, etc., in it. Click on Next button.

  • On the next page, select Backup Now, if you wish to save images right now.

Note: If users want, they can schedule backup by this software on a regular interval (daily, weekly, monthly). They can only schedule a one-time backup at a later date.

  • In the Backup Path, choose the local directory where you want the photos to be downloaded.

  • Click on Finish button. If a message appears saying” This user is replaced, the user. Backup for this user will start from replacement date”, click OK.

  • Within some time, the tool will start processing the images. In case you want to postpone the backup, click on the Update button and reschedule. (This has to be done before the backup begins.)
  • Now, the application will start saving the images. It will also show the live progress report with various attributes.
  • Soon, the backup process will be completed. Users can click on the Explorer tab of the tool to check which files have been exported.
  • The software saves Office 365 documents in their original format, so all the images will be locally saved as the source format.
