Software Activation Process

Step by Step Activation Guide of Various Range of SysTools Products

NOTE: If you are getting error message: "Invalid activation code." then please check 2 points below:

  1. SysTools CRM domain should be whitelisted in users network firewall.
  2. You must be running the latest version of our software, please verify the version from our website.

You can refer these activation steps for the following list of products:

  • SysTools Migrator (Windows)
  • SysTools Migrator (Linux)
  • SysTools Migrator (Lotus Notes)
  • SysTools Backup & Restore
  • Google Vault Downloader
STEP 1

Go to the Registered Email ID and copy the Activation Code (You can use right-click >> Copy or Ctrl + C key) from there.

STEP 2

Launch and Run the software.

Now, click on the Activate button present at the bottom left corner.

STEP 3

After copying the activation code that you received on your registered email, paste it in the Enter Activation Code section (you can use right-click >> Paste or Ctrl + V key) and click on Activate button.

Once your tool is activated successfully, you will get following screen where the tool will show you total number of licenses, consumed licenses and remaining licenses. You can also buy additional licenses from here if you want to.

STEP 1

STEP 2

Launch the SysTools backup product and login into your respective backup tool using the account credentials.

STEP 3

Now, click on the Activate button.

After copying the activation code that you received on your registered email, paste it in the Enter Activation Code section (you can use right-click >> Paste or Ctrl + V key) and click on Activate button.

STEP 4

After validation, the tool will show the messsage prompt "Valid Activation Code".

STEP 5

When you click on Start button to initiate backup process, the tool will show you complete license quota status that includes Total Quota, Remaining Quota and Consumed Quota.

You can refer the following steps for activation of our Mac products:

STEP 1

Go to the Registered Email ID and copy the Activation Code (You can use Command + C) from there.

STEP 2

Launch the software on Mac OS and click on Activate button as shown below:

STEP 3

Now paste the activation code (you can use Command + V) into the blank text field and click on Activate button.

Once the license gets activated, the tool will show a prompt message "License activated successfully".

Launch the SysTools Recovery/Converter product and you will get the following screen. Click on the Activate button.

Here you will get two options:

  • Online Activation
  • Offline Activation

After copying the activation code that you received on your registered email, paste it in the Activation Code section (you can use right-click >> Paste or Ctrl + V key) and click on Register button.

Once the license gets activated, the tool will show a prompt message "License activated successfully".
