SysTools Migrator – Technical Help (IMAP to Office 365)

Objective

As a User I should be able to migrate IMAP Office 365 Emails to Office 365 destination account.

Prerequisites


  • The destination account should be having a valid license.
  • Provide the UPN.
  • Project should be created on Azure portal.
  • The destination domain should be having Mail.ReadWrite(Graph), Mail.ReadWrite, full_access_as_app(Exchange) permissions granted on the Azure project.
  • IMAP client Port number should be required.
  • App password should be required.
  • IMAP Server name should be required.
  • IMAP should be enabled for source account.
  • Net connection bandwidth minimum 100mbps is required.
  • Proxy Settings should not block the network call.
  • Antivirus should not block the application.

  • IMAP Servername should be required.
  • Username should be required.
  • IMAP should be enabled for source account.
  • Less secure app should be ON.
  • Net connection bandwidth minimum 100mbps is required.
  • Proxy Settings should be enabled.
  • Antivirus should not block the application.
  • The destination account should be present at the destination domain.
  • Microsoft O365 Admin account ID required for authentication.
  • Project should be created on Microsoft Azure portal and Permissions Mail.ReadWrite.All, full_access_app should be granted on the Azure project.
  • Application will migrate data from the folder which are visible to IMAP server.
  • Destination account should have valid license.

  • Destination account should have valid license.
