Export Contacts in Batch

MS Outlook Contacts to Lotus Notes converter allows saving multiple contacts at once. It can load and export thousand of contacts from Outlook address book (contacts folder) and save it into Lotus Notes address book. You can export multiple contacts from one mailbox at a time.

Export Configured Mailboxes

If you have multiple mailboxes configured under single MS Outlook profile then the software will list all available mailboxes. You can select any of the listed mailboxes and convert its contacts into Lotus Notes address book.

Dual Options to Add PST

The software allows adding PST file to the software in two ways:

• Auto detect the configured Outlook mailboxes
• Add and export other Outlook mailbox

List and Preview Mailboxes

As you select any PST file or export the configured PST file, the software will list all associated mailboxes. You can select any mailbox from the drop down list and preview the item folders in it.

Export And Save Contacts

The software allows you to export and save the contacts in two ways:

• Save into new Lotus Notes address book
• Save into existing Notes Names.nsf file

Export Selective Contacts Folder

Once you select any mailbox, the software will list all the contacts folder present in it. Now, if you want to export any specific folder then check uncheck option is available. Thus, it is possible to export only selective contact folders into Lotus Notes address book.

Show Current Conversion Status

Once you select the format to save contacts and start the conversion, software will show its respective progress status. You can view each items being converted together with the number of items found in it and the current items being converted.

Maintain Meta data Information

When you convert Outlook contacts into Lotus Notes with this conversion software, you get accurately converted fields and contact attachments. Also, it maintains accurate meta-information of contacts during the process of exporting Outlook Address Book to Notes Names.nsf file.
