Steps to Unlock Multiple PDF Files on Mac OS X

Click on Add File(s)/ Add Folder(s) button to insert PDF having restricted permissions.

Now, the software provides two options i.e. “Save” & “Print”
Selecting the Save option will let users to save the unlocked PDF documents at the selected destination location
Selecting the Print option will directly print the unlocked PDF files
You can also keep opening password after removing restrictions by selecting Keep Source PDF Password in Output PDF.

By clicking on Change button you can provide location to save your resultant PDF files. Then, click on Next.

You can see permissions are disabled.

Click on the Unlock button to enable these permissions.

As the file gets unlocked the Permissions gets changed from Disabled to Enabled. Also, Unlock Status will be changed from 'In Progress' to 'Completed'.

You will get a pop-up message-box stating "Unlock Process Completed Successfully".

You can see 100% progress because all the PDF files are restrictions-free now. However, if you want to stop the process in between then click on “Stop” button

Here you can see the unlock status and permissions.
By clicking on View report you can see all the resultant files with Export Report folder.

Lastly, view unsecured PDF files free from all restrictions like copying, printing, editing, signing, extracting, etc. To see the report click on the Export Report folder.

You will get a CSV file. Click on the CSV files. Here is the export report.
