Now Decrypt your Encrypted Procedures, Functions, Triggers and Views of SQL Server 2025 and older version databases by following the simple steps.

STEP 1

Launch the SQL Server Recovery Manager Tool. Click on Decrypt Encrypted SQL Server Scripts

Software's interface will appear just like the screen shown below. Click Start

Provide the Server name available on network by clicking on drop-down arrow.

Now, choose a login mode between Windows Authentication or SQL Server Authentication.

If you choose SQL Server Authentication then enter valid user-name and password.

Click on drop down arrow to select the required Database Name for the decryption process.

Preview panel will be displayed showing only the encrypted object names. After that, click on the Next Button.

In the second panel, you can open any specified stored procedure and also preview the code and query in it.

Then, click on the Next button to proceed with the decryption process.

Export page will open. Here, you need to choose the destination path to save the decrypted database files.

The tool offers two options for exporting the data: to a Live SQL Server and as SQL Server Scripts.

In the next step choose the Output mode: Without Encryption & With Encryption.

Select target SQL Server name by clicking on the drop-down arrow. And then choose Login Mode i.e. Windows Authentication or SQL Server Authentication.

Now, choose Login Mode i.e. Windows Authentication or SQL Server Authentication. If you choose SQL Server Authentication then enter the valid user credentials.

Choose the database name by clicking the drop-down arrow and click Export button to export the decrypted data.

When the export process is completed an Export Report will pop up. Click OK.

Select SQL Server Compatible SQL Scripts option and choose database components that you want to export.

Choose Output Mode either With Encryption or Without Encryption. And click Export.

Browse the location to save the resultant file and then click OK.

Once the export process is completed, you can view the export report in the tool itself.
