Email files of any given size can be processed successfully. The software doesn't impose any kind of limitation on the size of the files. Thus, Exchange database files recovered from virtual disk file, can be of any size. The software even lets you process multiple files at a time.

Recover Corrupt Mail File Emails

Virtual Machine Email Recovery software can recover emails of corrupt EDB files from the selected virtual disk file. Emails of the database file can be previewed on the software panel after recovery. The emails are recovered in an intact form safely from the virtual machine disk file with message content and metadata retained.

Restore Deleted Email Data Files

You can process the search across hard disks or in a particular drive as per your convenience. You can either search the virtual disk file in all the drives or in a particular drive, if known.

Dual Options to Save Scan Report

A report of the scanning performed on a virtual disk file can further be saved. The software offers two different options for saving scan report. You can save the virtual disk file report as well as the entire details of the list of scanned EDB files as a CSV format file.

Option To Export Scanned Files

The software comes with a benefiting option of saving recovered EDB emails after recovery. Once you have recovered your EDB file you can further save its emails into different email file formats. The software supports export of EDB emails into; PST, MSG, EML, and Live Exchange Server.

Naming Convention To Save Email Files

For users exporting their recovered Exchange EDB files as MSG / EML email format file, the software offers a naming convention option. This option allows you to save each file of the selected mail format to be created with the name of your choice.

Split Large Sized Outlook PST File

The Outlook PST file is one of the four different options provided for exporting recovered EDB file contents. While saving EDB as PST, you can split the output file if the size seems to be large enough. You can split the output PST file by size in MB's and get EDB data saved in multiple parts as a PST respectively.

MS Outlook Installation Needed

You need to have Microsoft Outlook installed and configured on the respective machine used for Virtual Machine Email Recovery tool. The software supports all versions of MS Outlook client, including the latest; Outlook 2013 version and other lower ones too.
