These options will help the user in case some items were left for importing, to import newly arrived data and retry import for the items that failed during the first attempt.

Before starting the import process, the user has to map source and destination Office 365 user accounts. This tool provides an option to import CSV file into the tool with mapped source and destination user accounts. The tool also provides a sample CSV file for the user to map the accounts.

The tool preserves the original folder hierarchy while importing MSG files into Office 365. Messages remain organized in their source folders, making them easier to locate and manage in the destination mailbox after migration.
