SysTools Mac EML Attachment Extractor: Here's How it Works!

Launch SysTools Mac EML Attachment Extractor on your Mac machine and the initial screen of the software will appears to you as:

Click on the"Add Files" or "Add Folder" to add EML and EMLX files on the software pane.

Choose the EML or EMLX files and click on the Open button.

After the files are added to the software pane you can able to see the added files in software preview window.

In the case of wrong files selection you can easily remove them by clicking on the Remove or Remove All button.

Wait for the folder to be loaded into the software then click on the Next.

Select the Various Settings

The tool comes with four folder option such as Maintain Folder Hierarchy, No Folder Hierarchy, Create Folder For Attachments, and Create Single Folder so choose the options as per your requirement.

If you want to save attachment or attachment folder according to specific name convention, then Choose Naming Convention option.

After that click on the Advance Filters option.

Choose Advance Filter Options

From Advance Settings window choose Date Filter to extract attachments from spacific date range

You can also select the File Size and File Type under Advance Settings and then click on the Save button

Choose Destination Location and Extract Attachments

After selecting Advance Settings click on on the Change button to choose destination location and then click on the Export button

Once the task is completed click on the OK button

Successful Attachment Extraction

After the extraction process, you will able to view the success report like Attachment Count, EML/EMLX Count, Fail Count, and Export Status. Also to see full report click on the View Report option

Once the extraction process is done, go to the destination location to view all extracted attachments
