Scan & Preview EDB File

If you want to analyze a single email & the details associated with it then Exchange EDB Viewer Pro is a fine solution. You can view multiple properties associated with the EDB file like; attachments, hexadecimal view, property view, message header view, MIME view, etc.

Search Items with EDB File

The search by keyword option present within the tool helps filter emails. Using any term you can find items within EDB file's emails or attachments and filter the results. Besides this you can filter emails using criteria like; To, Subject, email addresses, etc.

Show Items with Count

After scanning EDB file, software loads entire mailboxes present within the EDB file. Also, you can view the emails, contacts, calendars, tasks, notes, etc.; from each mailbox with the count of items present in it. This will help you know exactly how many emails, contacts or calendars, etc.; are present in a folder.

View Items with Properties

For any items you would like to open and view, the software will show associated attributes. For instance, you can view the properties of email like; from, subject, to, sent, received date, size in KB; likewise for contacts; you can view the full name, company name, phone numbers, email address etc.; and similarly other items can be viewed.

Scan & Recover EDB File

In order to open and view the Exchange EDB files, software performs scanning of EDB file. This can be done in two different ways i.e. Quick Scan & Advance Scan. The quick scanning mode allows you to scan the file and load data on the other side. However, if EDB file gets severely damaged then go for advance scanning mode to open the EDB file.

Save & Print Selective Items as PDF

If you like you can also save some of the emails or items as PDF with EDB Viewer Pro. You can check or uncheck any specific email or contact or calendar to convert it into PDF format. Also, selective item folder export is also possible i.e. you can check the desired folder and software will only export its items. Easily print EDB emails directly from software screen.

Filter & Export Emails as PDF

Instead of exporting entire emails from EDB file mailboxes you can set a date range to export selective items. Provide a "To" date and a "From" date to set a range of data export. The software will only convert Emails, Contacts, Calendars, Notes, Tasks or Journals that lies within specified date range and leave out other items.

Multiple Naming Options

While saving the emails or items as PDF file format, the software allows you to choose any desirable naming option. Out of the multiple choices available like: save in MM-DD-YY format, DD-MM-YYYY, MM-DD-YYYY etc.; by default the software saves emails by its subject.

Switch Screen View Mode

By default software shows the data in horizontal screen view mode but if you want you can change it to the vertical screen view. This option is available to make the software more user friendly and easy to use. You can switch the file view mode from horizontal to vertical and vice versa as per your requirement.

Save Export Report as CSV

After previewing and saving the EDB file mailboxes as PDF, the software generates a small report of conversion. This report consists of details like: name of selected mailbox and the location of exported files. Further, you can save this report in CSV file format for future reference purpose.
