G Suite Merge tool makes the process of combining two or more Google Workspace account together easier and without any data loss. For this, you need to add account credentials of both source and destination account and submit user mapping files.

Date Filter for Selective Data Merge

The software smoothly combine bulk and selective data. It offers date filter function that you can use to sort out your data via setting up date range. After that, you can combine these selective items. Use the date filter to merge only required data and avoid unnecessary merging.

View Live Merge Status

Once the merging procedure begins, you will view your progress status from the tool dashboard. From there, you can stop the merging and resume it at your own pace. Also, you can track your past merging history.

Detailed Process Reporting

After Google Workspace data merge, the tool provides two reporting views: List View and Tile View.

• List View: All the mailboxes are displayed as a list containing tabs: pending, processing, completed.
• Tile View: Shows the status in a separate tile for each user with details like current status, total count, etc.

Secure Admin Accounts Credentials

To combine your data you must have a proper admin account with verified login credentials. No need to worry, the software uses credentials only for authentication and does not permanently store login details.

Set Merge Accounts Priority

To merge important data you can set user account as a priority to create merging order. So, when you start the process, the software first merge important Google Workspace users and then rest of them.

Generates Merge Report

After completion of merging, the tool creates two types of reports:

• Summary Report: This option will generate a single report containing information about the user accounts and number of items that have been merged during the process.
• Detailed Report: This option will create a .zip file which contains individual detailed report for all user accounts and details.

Re-Run Merge Process

If some items failed to combine, then use Re-Run Migration options:

• Retry Failed Items: During the initial merge attempt, if any item missed, use this option.
• Re-Run Full: It starts complete merging process and join those items that are failed to merge.
• Delta Option: While G Suite domain consolidation if a new data items is added or updated this option will only combined them.
