Follow the Procedures to Generate Application Password for Yahoo Account
STEP 1
While logged into your Yahoo Mail inbox, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner. From the dropdown menu, select "Manage your account."

On your Yahoo account page, click on the "Security" tab in the navigation menu.
STEP 3
In the Security section, locate and click on "External connections" from the left-hand menu.
STEP 4
Under "External connections," ensure the "App passwords" tab is selected.
STEP 5
Click on the "Create app password" button.
STEP 6
A pop-up window will appear asking you to "Enter your app's name." Type in a descriptive name for the application you are generating the password for (e.g., "SysTools Yahoo Backup"). Click the "Generate password" button.
STEP 7
Once you copy the app password open the SysTools Yahoo Backup Tool (or any other SysTools application for which you have generated the app password).
Paste the app password inside the empty Password field of SysTools Yahoo Backup and continue using the Tool.
STEP 8
After creation, you can manage your existing app passwords under the "App passwords" tab. Click on the section showing your app passwords to view a list of all the app passwords you have created.
STEP 9
In the "Manage app passwords" pop-up, you can see a list of your generated passwords. To remove access for a specific application, click the "Delete" button next to the corresponding app password.
