SysTools Export (G Suite Emails to PDF File) – Technical Help


Pre-Requisites

  • G Suite source admin must have access to Google APIs
  • Google project must be created to get a Client ID and P12 file
  • Domain-wide scopes must be provided for source domains.
  • Google email API must be enable in source google projects.
  • Destination folder should have write permission.
  • Destination should have enough space according to size of source account.
  • Proxy Settings should not block the network call.
  • Antivirus should not block the application.

Attachments Not Supported By Adobe Acrobat Not Supported This is an expected behaviour. With the August 2018 release of Adobe Acrobat/Acrobat Reader (and later versions), the following office macro-enabled extensions are permanently blocked, and you will no longer be able to open the files:
  • MS Excel: .xlsm, .xlsb, .xlm, .xltm, .xla, .xlam,.xll
  • MS Word: .docm, .dotm, .docb
  • MS Power Point: .pptm, .potm, .ppam, .ppsm, .sldm
  • MS Access: .accde, .accdr

Shortcomings and Limitations

All folders present even if they are outside the date filter’s range The application is designed to preprocess the folders first and then the files
Forward slash [ / ] in Folder name Windows itself not support [/] in folder name. It will be replaced by “_”.
Backward slash [ \ ] in Folder name Windows itself not support [\] in folder name. It will be replaced by “_”.
