SysTools Migrator – Technical Help (Lotus Notes to Exchange Migration)








Prerequisites:

  • Lotus Notes client 9.0 or greater should be installed on machine.
  • Lotus Notes component should be registered.
  • Lotus Note Client should be connected to Domino server.
  • 2015 VC++ redistributors should be installed.
  • .NET Framework 4.8 should be installed.
  • Lotus Notes password should be provided if applicable.
  • CN Value mapping CSV needs to be there for recipient address mapping.
  • For application service installation user should provide Machine Name/Username having admin privilege’s.
  • Domino server should be on premise and it should be ON.
  • If DOAS is enable in that case user should compact NSF from Domino Server before adding to migration.
  • Source NSF file should not be used in another application.
  • Exchange mailbox size should be increased, if nsf file size is larger then 2GB.
  • Destination User should be impersonated.
  • Exchange user email address should be SAM address.
  • Exchange server should be on premise.
  • Microsoft Exchange Information Store” service should be running on Exchange Server.
