SysTools Export (Office 365 to File System(EML)) – Technical Help



Pre-Requisites

  • Project should be created on Azure portal.
  • The source domain should be having Mail. Read(Graph) permissions granted on the Azure project.
  • Destination folder should have write permission.
  • Destination should have enough space according to size of source account.
  • Bandwidth should be minimum 10 Mbps.
  • Proxy Settings should not block the network call
  • Antivirus should not block the application.

Shortcomings and Limitations

All folders present even if they are outside the date filter’s range The application is designed to preprocess the folders first and then the files
Forward slash [ / ] in Folder name Windows itself not support [/] in folder name. It will be replaced by “_”.
Backward slash [ \ ] in Folder name Windows itself not support [\] in folder name. It will be replaced by “_”.
