SysTools Export (Office 365 to MBOX) – Technical Help



Pre-Requisites

  • The project should be created on the Azure portal.
  • The source domain should be having Mail.Read(Graph) permissions granted on the Azure project.
  • The destination folder should have write permission.
  • The destination should have enough space according to the size of the source account.
  • Bandwidth should be minimum of 10 Mbps.
  • Proxy Settings should not block the network call.
  • Antivirus should not block the application.

Shortcomings and Limitations

Backward slash [ \ ] in Folder name Windows itself not support [\] in folder name. It will be replaced by “_”.
