SysTools Export (Office 365 to Outlook PST) – Technical Help




Common Pre-Requisites

  • The source account should have a valid license.
  • Office 365 admin user must have access to Microsoft Graph APIs.
  • Office 365 Project must be created to get Client ID and .Pfx file.
  • Domain-wide scopes must be provided for source domain.
  • Local destination folder must be granted with write permission.
  • .Net Framework 4.6.1
