SysTools Export [Office 365 to File System(VCF)] – Technical Help



Pre-Requisites

  • Project should be created on Azure portal to get the service account credentials.
  • Project should be granted with required scopes.
  • The destination folder should have write permission.
  • The source domain should be having Mail.Read(Graph) permissions granted on the Azure project.
  • Destination folder should have write permission.
  • Destination should have enough space according to size of source account.
  • Antivirus should not block the application.
  • Downloading speed should be 100 Mbps.

Features

  1. VCF file will save as Contact name and if Name is empty then VCF will save as “No Name”.
  2. In Case of Duplicate Contact name VCF will save with Incremental count.
  3. VCF version (V4.0).
