SysTools Migrator Guide

Follow step by step guide to migrate Cloud Account from one Platform to another Platfrom using SysTools Migrator.


        Pre-Requisites

  • Launch the tool as “Run as Administrator” for Windows 10/ Windows Server 2012 / Windows Server 2016.
  • Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Latest (Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022) Should Be Installed. Download
  • Destination User(s) should be already created at destination Admin account.
  • SysTools Customer Management domain should be whitelisted in users network firewall.
  • Enable Advance Settings in SysTools Migrator

      Pre-requisites for Office 365

      Pre-requisites for G Suite

  • Create Google Console Project, Enable API & Add Scopes. Read more...

  • Enable IMAP access and use App password for IMAP accounts. Read more...

  Choose from below type of Migration & follow steps as given:

STEP 1

Download & launch SysTools Migrator (Run as Administrator).

register in SysTools Migrator
STEP 2

In case, tool is not activated, see how to activate the product: Activation Steps

STEP 3

Enter the Activation Code and click on "Apply" button.

The tool will then show you the number of licenses that you purchased, consumed and remaining licenses.

STEP 4

Select the desired Source and Destination Platform to Continue

Download & Install the SysTools Migrator for Linux on your machine.


STEP 2

STEP 3

Enter the Activation Code and click "Continue" button

Select the desired Source and Destination Platform to Continue

Concurrent Migration



Enable Multiple accounts: This option enables the user to configure multiple projects to be used for the migration. If enabled, an icon to add multiple projects will appear on the source and destination screen. The multiple projects are useful for migrating a higher number of accounts concurrently on machine with high-configuration.

Go to Settings >> click on "Enable Multiple account" option & Save for activation of this feature

Choose the desired Source & Destination Platform >> Next.

Click on "+" icon to add multiple options

Now, software will show two accounts "default account" and "second account"
